Returns
Your satisfaction is what matters most to us. We will gladly except returns for store credit ONLY. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you need to return, email us at info@cocomocreations.com within 10 days of receiving the order to receive store credit. After the 10th day the item is considered final Sale. Send your item to: CocoMo Creations, 4500 Williams Dr, 212-231, Georgetown TX 78633, United States.
Store credit is based on the return item’s value, it does not include shipping charges, unless the return was a result of our error. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@cocomocreations.com and send your item to: CocoMo Creations, 4500 Williams Dr, 212-231, Georgetown TX 78633, United States.
Shipping
We carefully package all items and take every precaution to ensure you receive your purchases just as it has left our hands. Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days from the receipt of payment, excluding holidays. All orders ship USPS priority Monday-Friday. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped during busy seasons.
Tracking notification will be sent the day your order is shipped. Shipments will be sent to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure you have entered the correct address at checkout, refunds will not be processed as result of the incorrect address. Additionally, if the incorrect address is entered at checkout and the package is returned back to us, there will be a reshipment fee due prior to reshipment.
If your tracking information stated “notice left” please contact USPS to reschedule delivery before they return it to us. If your tracking information states delivered and you believe this to be a error. Please contact your local Post Office. If your order is retuned back to us and you choose not to pay your reshipment fee a refund will not be processed.
Summer Shipping: (June - August) - Summer heat waves may cause certain items to show signs of melting during shipping. Please note this as there are no refunds if this is to occur. Please contact email us at info@cocomocreations.com. if you have received an item that has completely melted.
