Shipping policy

We carefully package all items and take every precaution to ensure you receive your purchase just as it has left our hands. All orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. Once shipped, continental domestic orders may take 3–7 days to arrive, dependent on location. Tracking notification emails are sent as soon as the order is processed, not shipped. Alaska and Hawaii may take a bit longer. Be aware, ship time does not include in-studio processing. 

CocoMo Creations prefers USPS Priority shipping (estimated 3–4 days) for our domestic USA customers, but use UPS or FedEx Ground in some instances. 

Summer Shipping: (June - August) - Summer heat waves may cause certain items to show signs of melting during shipping. Please note this as there are no refunds if this is to occur. Please contact email us at info@cocomocreations.com if you have received an item that has completely melted.
